Auszubildende(n) zum Kauffrau / Kaufmann für Marketingkommunikation (m/w/d)
für den Standort Düsseldorf.
Das erwartet Dich:
Als Kauffrau / Kaufmann für Marketingkommunikation lernst Du wie kommunikative Konzepte (online und offline) entwickelt und gesteuert werden. Dir wird vermittelt, wie man Märkte beobachtet und analysiert, Zielgruppen identifiziert und gezielt anspricht. Während deiner Ausbildung machst du Station in mehreren Marketingabteilungen, um das gesamte Spektrum kennenzulernen:
In der Abteilung Communications unterstützt Du uns bei der Erstellung von Presseinformationen jeder Art und erstellst diese später auch eigenständig. Weiterhin unterstützt Du uns bei der Organisation und Vorbereitung von Presse-Events, Pressereisen und Messen und natürlich bei allen aufkommenden Tätigkeiten in der täglichen Presse-Arbeit.
Im Social Engagement Bereich kommst Du dann ganz nah ran an die Community. Du hilfst uns dabei, unsere verschiedenen Online Channel mit Leben zu füllen und Du verantwortest eigene Online-Projekte. Außerdem unterstützt Du uns bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Events und natürlich der Gamescom.
Im Bereich Content Creator lernst Du, wie wir mit Influencer in Kontakt stehen, um sie von unseren Spielen zu begeistern und ihre reichweitenstarke Kommunikation für unsere Marken zu nutzen.
Qualifications
Dein Profil:
- Du hast einen guten Schulabschluss (Höhere Handelsschule, Fachabitur oder Abitur), möchtest Dich nach einem begonnenen Hochschulstudium neu orientieren oder bist ein engagierter Quereinsteiger, der bereits erste Presse- oder Marketing-Erfahrungen sammeln konnte
- Deine Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind sehr gut
- Dir fällt es leicht, auf Menschen zuzugehen und Dich mündlich und schriftlich sicher und fehlerfrei auszudrücken
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent und kannst flexibel auf neue Situationen reagieren
- Du hast Interesse am Umgang mit dem PC und gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Interesse an der Computer- und Videospielindustrie

The Snowdrop engine is efficient and flexible, enabling relatively small teams to create ambitious AAA games. At the core of the Snowdrop engine, we want to empower the developers. The Snowdrop engine, with its flexible and empowering tools, has helped develop a number of Ubisoft titles such as Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, Star Wars Outlaws, The Division and South Park.
As Intermediate Graphics Programmer, your mission will be to develop and maintain graphics techniques within the engine to create the best visuals possible.
The role can be filled in Dusseldorf/Berlin/Mainz.
What you will do:
- Bring console level graphics quality to new platforms
- Optimize existing rendering technology
- Collaborate with other Ubisoft studios to extend the capabilities of our in-house rendering technology
- Develop rendering systems that enhance the visual quality, are scalable and fit into defined budgets
Qualifications
What you bring:
- Professional experience in graphics programming
- Knowledge of a broad range of rendering algorithms, special effects and related technology
- Knowledge of graphics APIs (D3D11/OpenGL) and shading languages (HLSL/GLSL)
- Ability to use graphics profiling and debugging tools
- Strong skills in C/C++
- Debugging and problem-solving skills
- Being a team player by heart
- Self-direction and motivation
- Excellent communication and good English skills
- Experience with platforms where performance/bandwidth restrictions exist is a plus
- Worked on your own graphics engine is a plus
- Knowledge of low-level graphics APIs(D3D12/Vulkan) is a plus
- Understanding of hardware architecture and details is a plus

About the role: As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability and stability of our Game Security services. You will bridge the gap between development and operations, leveraging your skills to enhance system performance and availability. You will collaborate with an agile team of dedicated software developers to help safeguard our customers multiplayer environments.
What You Will Do:
- Global Team Support: Collaborate with engineers to deliver a highly scalable service, ensuring seamless operation.
- Service Management: Evaluate and manage both internal and external service providers to optimize performance.
- Development & Deployment: Oversee the entire lifecycle from provisioning to deployment, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Telemetry & Analytics: Implement telemetry solutions and manage analytics and reporting to drive data-informed decisions.
- Incident Response Optimization: Set up alerts and refine incident response processes to minimize downtime.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Work closely with IT support to address and resolve issues efficiently.
